A Letter from the CEO
Welcome to the Logos School website. This year, Logos celebrates its 39th year of helping adolescents achieve academic success and emotional stability.
Since its inception in September of 1970, Logos School has graduated more than 1400 students and has helped hundreds more mainstream to traditional schools.
I am also pleased to share with you some milestones, events, and general facts about Logos School:
Logos School consistently serves 150 students daily. In all, we serve approximately 250 adolescents throughout the year. Each one comes to Logos with significant problems and great potential. As they gain confidence in our program and in themselves, they begin the road to healing and success. Because of our year-round open enrollment, some graduate from Logos and others return to traditional school environments.
Our art students will be creating their 16th Annual Community Mural this summer. This project allows students to challenge their creativity while realizing the personal benefits of giving back to the community with beautiful works of public art.
Our 21st Annual Dinner Auction was held on October 10, 2008 at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis. The auction supports our one-of-a-kind academic and therapeutic curriculum so that youth can get the help they need at Logos.
But we’re not stopping here. The current academic year is shaping up to be even more rewarding as we continue providing troubled teens with the opportunity for success in school and in life.
