Peabody Logos Leaders in Education

view-the-videoThe Peabody Logos Leaders in Education awards are off to a great start.  Each week, a committee of top educators and businesspeople selects one individual to be honored with a $1,000 grant. The winners will be announced live weekly on KEZK 102.5 Radio.  Be sure and tune in to KEZK on Tuesdays from 3-7 pm and listen for this week’s winner.  The winner will also be profiled bi-weekly in the pages of the St. Louis Business Journal and highlighted on the Logos website.  Click here to view our current and past winners.

In addition, each recipient will automatically be entered into an annual competition. Finalists will be selected in a variety of educational categories. Winners in each category will receive an additional $5,000. The first annual Peabody Logos Leaders in Education awards dinner will be presented on August 24th, 2010.

The Peabody Logos Leaders in Education honor is the first to be open to all applicants regardless of subject, grade or school. Any employee in a St. Louis metro area public, charter or private school serving students in kindergarten through grade 12 can qualify. Winners can range from veteran teachers to individuals in non-traditional mentoring roles such as school administrators, substitute teachers or other staff members.
