Middle School Program

Middle school classrooms are self-contained with 5–6 students, providing small-group instruction and individualized attention. Students follow a seven-class schedule, leaving their homeroom for Art, PE, student groups, and lunch. This structure balances consistency with opportunities for exploration and social interaction.

Middle school at Logos is about growth—academically, socially, and emotionally. Students learn organization, time management, communication, and self-advocacy skills that prepare them for a successful transition into high school.

With small class sizes, teachers and students form strong, trusting relationships. These connections encourage participation, build accountability, and foster a sense of belonging—key to academic and personal success.

Teachers, therapists, administrators, and families work together as a unified team to support each student’s progress. Regular communication and shared planning ensure that each learner’s academic, emotional, and behavioral goals are aligned and supported at school and at home.

All academic work is completed during the school day. This allows students to focus on therapeutic goals, extracurricular activities, and family life after school—helping them maintain balance and reduce academic anxiety.

Middle school students are provided with Chromebooks and guided instruction on safe and appropriate technology use. Lessons in digital citizenship help students understand responsibility, respect, and boundaries in an online world.
