Welcome to Logos Admissions!

Logos School offers rolling admissions, which means we can consider your application at any time—now or whenever you're ready, as long as space is available.

Students can enroll at Logos either privately or through their home school district. Private enrollment includes financial aid options to help make a Logos education accessible. If enrolling through a school district, placement is determined through the IEP (Individualized Education Program) process to ensure each student’s needs are fully supported.

Our structured but flexible environment helps students thrive both academically and emotionally. With an 11-month school year and year-round therapeutic support, we provide the consistency and care students need to make progress. We also offer a Summer Intensive Program (SIP) from mid-June to mid-July, giving students the chance to catch up on credits or continue learning with personalized support.

Our team will partner with you to determine whether our unique combination of academic support and therapeutic services is the right fit for your child. We take the time to understand each student’s individual needs, strengths, and challenges to ensure they can thrive in our trauma-responsive environment.

There's nothing we love more than introducing families to our Logos community. Let's connect so that we can answer questions or provide any additional information you need as you consider Logos for your student.

Tours can be initiated and scheduled by families, school officials or mental health professionals. This is a time for us to get to know you and for you to learn more about our program. The tour takes approximately one hour, and families will receive an admissions packet.

What to expect from your visit:

A personalized conversation with our Admissions Team to understand your family's needs and how Logos can best serve you.
We'll learn more about your student and talk with you about how the academic and therapeutic elements of our program can support their needs with compassion and acceptance.
Conference call, video chat or meet in-person with a Logos teacher and therapist.
Visit our building virtually or in-person.

Step 3: Application & Social History

As part of the admissions process at Logos School, both the student and their parents/guardians participate in interviews—conducted individually and together. During this phase, parents/guardians also complete the application and sign necessary release forms. The goal is to gather a deeper understanding of the student’s academic, social, and behavioral history to assess how our services can best support their growth.

With consent, the Director of Admissions will contact the student’s previous school to request official records and may collaborate with other professionals involved in the student’s care. This information not only supports the admissions decision but also helps guide class placement and therapist selection, ensuring a holistic and personalized approach to the student’s success.

Step 4: Immersion

During the immersion phase of the admissions process, prospective students are encouraged to follow a sample schedule to gain first-hand experience of Logos. This hands-on approach not only allows students to immerse themselves in the enviornment but also provides the admissions team with real-time insights into the student's preferences and requirements. This interactive experience is invaluable in aiding families to make informed decisions about their educational journey. It also enables the admissions team to tailor their guidance and support to meet the specific needs of each student, ensuring a personalized and effictive admissions process.

Step 5: Admissions Review Team

A review team comprised of administrative staff, classroom instructors and members of the therapeutic team will review every applicant and determine if Logos can meet the needs of a prospective student and their family. Our goal in this process is to ensure that we can provide your family with support and meet your child’s academic and therapeutic needs. This thourough review allows us to tailor our approach to each student's unique needs, ensuring a personalized and effective experience for every student.

Step 6: Enrollment

When a prospective student is accepted, the family will be contacted by phone and an enrollment date will be determined. If Logos is not a good match, alternative options may be recommended. At any time during the Admissions process families may choose to meet with the Chief Financial Officer to receive information regarding variable tuition. Our variable tuition plan considers the unique financial position of each family to determine the tuition rate. The goal is to provide a transparent and fair process that priortizes the financial well-being of families while also maintaining the quality of education offered at Logos.
