Investing in the future of LOGOS Students

Students succeed due to LOGOS’ individualized academics, innovative therapy and parental involvement, a necessary but more costly approach than traditional school programs. To reduce financial barriers for families, LOGOS School subsidizes the tuition or each student. Even with this subsidy, many families – 48% of whom have annual incomes below $50,000 – cannot afford the tuition.

Support for Growing the Endowment -

The Future Fund will enable LOGOS School to:

• Increase enrollment by 30% and sustain a student body of 120 students so we can reduce the number of students that cannot attend due to lack of funds.
• Double the amount of annual financial aid and subsidize tuition for all students and families by funding the gab of cost versus tuition.
• Ensure the school’s long-term financial strength.

Ensuring excellence in faculty, staff and programs

Behind every LOGOS student is a team of highly skilled teachers, therapists and support staff dedicated to addressing students’ educational, emotional and behavioral needs. With a student-to-therapist ratio of 13:1 and a student-to-teacher ratio of 6:1, attracting and retaining high-quality faculty and staff is crucial to the success of LOGOS School.

Support for The LOGOS Excellence Fund will:

• Provide the necessary level of compensation, benefits and professional development to attract and retain high-level faculty and staff.
• Hire additional therapists, teaching assistants and a technology lab instructor to meet the therapy, education and technology needs of a larger student body.
• Launch an important life after LOGOS readiness program with a dedicated transition therapists to effectively prepare graduating students and their families for a successful future.
• Track and evaluate the success of LOGOS students and graduates to effectively evaluate our program.

Investing in quality STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) instruction and facilities

Whether our students go on to be artists, teachers, doctors or scientists, we know that the challenges they face will demand creative solutions fueled by critical thinking, communication and problem-solving. To be successful in higher education and in today’s technologically advanced, global workforce, our students need access to 21^st century technology, high-quality STEAM learning opportunities.

Support for the STEAM Fund will provide:

• A new outdoor science lab incorporating green technology, where students will conduct hands-on scientific inquiry and study botany.
• Updated technology throughout the school, enabling faculty to provide high level, personalized instruction and ensure that students are equipped for transitions to mainstream school, college and a competitive workplace.
• Beautification of facilities by displaying and celebrating our students’ artistic abilities, promote the therapeutic benefits of art and foster a creative environment.
• Building improvements to ensure a high-quality, safe learning environment.
